Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me!

My love for interactive technology began in 2005 when I made my first tween in Flash. I soon advanced beyond timeline animation to OOP, and my fascination grew each time I was able to develop a rich and immersive experience on the Web. As a multimedia producer for three news organizations including CNN.com, I learned how to shoot and edit photography and videography, design and develop static and interactive graphics, and design and program the site shell.

I am now transitioning from multimedia production to digital marketing and strategy. I understand the frustration of designers and I can speak the language of developers. Those who know me can vouch that I am insanely organized in all facets of my life. Furthermore, I'm finishing up the first MBA/MSIS dual degree at UNC Chapel Hill, which has enabled me to learn both the theoretical and business frameworks that underly technology. Simply put, I believe my background has thoroughly prepared me to be a successful marketer or strategist within a media rich technology company.

I do what I do because I strongly believe that interactive technology aids visual communication, which fosters knowledge, awareness and inspiration, which ultimately creates inherent value (for a company, shareholder, self and others.)
